At Backwoods, we stand by our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
